Return costs

Would you like to use your 30-day right of return? In that case, you are responsible for covering the return costs yourself. This depends on the carrier you use to return the package. Make sure your return is packaged as securely as possible to prevent damage during transport.

Have you placed an order, but did it arrive defective? In that case, we will reimburse your return costs.

Return requirements

An item must be returned in its original condition. This includes the original packaging, manual, cables, and any other accessories, if included. Items must not show irreversible visible signs of use, and packaging must not be damaged.
